It’s no secret marshmallow is hot cocoa’s best friend. Now you can top your favorite cakes with
the perfect blend of hot cocoa and marshmallows as a cream cheese frosting!

Ingredients

1 jar (7-8 ounce) marshmallow cream

1 8-ounce package cream cheese

1/2 cup powdered sugar

3 packets your favorite Land O Lakes® Cocoa Classics® Hot Cocoa Mix

Directions

1With an electric mixer combine all ingredients, whipping to ensure they are well combined.

2Place in pastry big with tip and apply to cupcakes spiraling from the outside to the center of the cupcake.

Tips & Tricks: You can use any of Land O Lakes® Cocoa Classics® Hot Cocoa Mix 18 flavors to customize
your cakes. If you don’t have a pastry bag, you can use a press and seal baggie instead! Be sure to
not cut the hole in the baggie too large.
