A warm single-serve indulgence using your favorite cocoa mix! Customize it by using any variety of Land O Lakes® Cocoa Classics® Cocoa Mix combined with your favorite toppings!

Ingredients

3 packets of your favorite Land O Lakes® Cocoa Classics® Hot Cocoa Mix

4 tbsp all-purpose flour

2 tbsp melted butter or vegetable oil

2 tbsp water

optional ingredients: chopped nuts, chocolate chips, candy pieces

Directions

1In a large coffee mug, mix all of the dry ingredients together until uniform.

2Add water stir until it forms a smooth batter.

3Add oil, mix well.

4Stir in any optional ingredients to customize your mug cake.

5Microwave for 90 seconds. Let cool and enjoy.
