Hot Cocoa Mousse
A cool, light and creamy dessert made with your favorite flavor of Land O Lakes® Cocoa Classics® Hot Cocoa Mix.

1In a small microwavable bowl, mix together ½ cup water and gelatin and let sit for 2 minutes. Microwave on high for 30 seconds, or until gelatin melts.
2Dissolve the 4 packets of hot cocoa mix into 1 cup water.
3In a medium bowl, stir the hot cocoa into the yogurt, mixing until uniform.
4Add the water gelatin mixture and stir until combined.
5Refrigerate for 2 hours or until thickened.
6To serve, whisk mousse until light and fluffy and place in serving cups. Garnish accordingly with whipped topping.
Tips & Tricks:
• For Raspberry Mousse, use a raspberry yogurt and Land O Lakes® Cocoa Classics® Raspberry Hot Cocoa Mix, garnish with raspberries and whipped topping.
• For Chocolate Mint Mousse Use Land O Lakes® Cocoa Classics® Mint Hot Cocoa Mix, garnish with whipped topping and a mint wafer.
