Homemade Hot Cocoa Ice Cream

A creamy cold treat that’s so easy to make that you don’t need an ice cream machine for it!

1In a medium bowl or stand mixer, pour in whipping cream. Whisk on high speed until mixture forms stiff peaks.
2In a medium bowl, mix together hot cocoa mix packets and sweetened condensed milk, mix until color is uniform. Fold into whipped cream mix until color is uniform.
3Fold in mini marshmallows. Transfer into a 9x5 inch loaf pan, or a freezer container. Freeze until firm, about 5 hours.
