Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Bread

4 Land O Lakes® Cocoa Classics® Peanut Butter and Chocolate Cocoa Mix Packets - 1.25 oz. each
3/8 cup Granulated White Sugar
1/2 cup Unsalted Butter, melted and cooled
1/2 cup Walnuts, chopped (optional)
1/4 cup Creamy Peanut Butter, melted and cooled (optional)

1Preheat oven to 350 deg F.
2In a large bowl, whisk together dry ingredients: flour, sugar, Land O Lakes® Cocoa Classics® Peanut Butter and Chocolate Cocoa Mix, baking powder and baking soda.
3Stir in chopped walnuts and chocolate chips.
4In a medium-sized bowl, mash the ripe bananas and add the lightly beaten eggs, melted butter, vanilla and Greek yogurt.
5Using a rubber spatula, lightly fold the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, just until combined. Do not overmix, the mixture should be lumpy, not smooth.
6Pour batter into a greased 9x5x3in pan, scraping batter into pan.
7Melt ¼ cup peanut butter in a microwave until just melted into a liquid. Gently mix into batter using a rubber spatula so it flows throughout the batter.
8Bake for 60 – 65 minutes until bread is golden brown and a wooden toothpick comes out clean.
9Place on a wire rack to cool (about 10 minutes). Serve and Enjoy!
